We are are committed to honestly selling high quality products of which we are confident you will enjoy using. However from time to time customers may wish to return their items for one reason or another, this can often be a stressful time but we pledge to make it as simple and easy as possible.
 


If i change my mind or want to cancel my order (within 7 days).


If for any reason you would like to return your goods, by law you are allowed to return them within 7 days from when they were received/signed for. All we ask is that they're in unused, original condition and that you send back your receipt with the goods (this can be found attached to the goods/packaging on delivery). We would also like to know your reason for returning them so we can look to improve our products/service in the future. The return of these goods are at your cost.

What if I've lost my receipt?
If you can provide proof of purchase we will still be happy to offer an exchange or a GafferTape.com voucher refund. 

Refund exemptions: All tapes above 50mm in width are custom slit for each order, and are therefore not eligible for refunds. 



What if my product is faulty?

If you feel that your product(s) is faulty please contact us immediately to book the return of your goods. We will either arrange collection or ask for you to return the goods.

If the item(s) are found to be faulty your order will be refunded along with the additional postal/carriage charges incurred (maximum of £10 inc. vat). If you feel your return costs are higher than this, please contact GafferTape.com before proceeding with your return. 

You should include receipts/proof of purchase for the item(s) being returned and receipts for any postal/carriage costs you would like refunding. We strongly advise all returns to be sent via a recorded/insured delivery service as we will not be responsible for any goods lost or damaged during the return.
 



Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Distance Selling regulations you are entitled to a full refund from items purchased from this website with 7 days of receipt of goods. However the following items are excluded; custom cut/slit tapes (as mentioned above), custom printed tapes & labels and all batteries.

EU and Non EU Orders
Carriage is calculated as an approximate value for all EU and Non-Eu countries. We may contact you after you have placed your order to either offer a refund on any overpayments or quote any additional payments required. You have the right to a full refund should you not be happy with the final carriage cost.

We no longer use Royal Mail to deliver our UK orders. We now use City Link for all UK Mainland orders, so look out for the big yellow & green van coming your way. To track your order please contact us on Tel: 01480 469026.

Your order will need a signature upon receipt and deliveries are usually between 7:30am and 6pm. If you are unable to sign for your order the delivery driver will leave a card notifying you of the next delivery attempt or where you can collect your goods. Please notify us immediately of you are not able to sign for your order.
