Guide to Printed Tape Material Options
Here's a quick guide to help you decide which material is best for your tape and your application. Of course, if you're not sure, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.
Polypropylene
This material is perfect for the high volume user, very low cost and printable up to 3 colours. This choice has been designed for users where cost is a huge factor but print and over all quality needs to remain high. If your design has more than 3 colours, you may wish to consider our Vinyl material (below). Standard Polypropylene can however be a little noisy when peeled off the roll, which is why we now offer a new product called Premium Plus (below).
Premium Plus
Very similar to the Polypropylene above but offers low noise qualities which allows the roll to be used and dispensed in areas which require minimal noise levels.
Vinyl
Our Vinyl Tape offers very high print quality, low noise use and high durability. This product does cost a few pence more than the alternative materials but does allow up to 4 colour designs to be printed.
