Changed your mind? No problem!
If you're a consumer and want to return your complete order to us because you've change your mind, that's no problem at all. Just notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of delivery and we'll help you with the rest. We'll refund the cost of your goods, and also the original cost of our cheapest delivery service. However, we do ask for customers to be responsible for returning the goods to us, including costs. Furthermore, we recommend that returned items are sent on a tracked and appropriately insured service. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. General Delivery Details
Express Delivery Service
We aim to dispatch all orders completed before 4pm with NEXT DAY / EXPRESS delivery services selected, on the same day and on a next working day (Monday-Friday) delivery service. We try our absolute best to have your goods with you as soon as possible and they are sent on a next-working-day courier service. However our courier does not state a guarantee on their service and therefore we also cannot guarantee your goods to be with you next working day. The majority of the time, our Next Day / Express service does arrive on time. However, from time to time, there are delays which are out of our control.
Bank Holiday Delays
During national bank holidays, Next Day / Express deliveries:
Order placed before 4pm should arrive 24 hours after the first working day from when the the order was placed.
Order placed after 4pm should arrive 48 hours after the first working day from when the the order was placed.
Furthermore, there may be longer lead times for standard deliveries. Please note goods addressed to some areas of the UK including Scottish Highlands and remote areas (this includes all Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland) may require extra time for delivery.
Delivery Signatures
Your order may require a signature upon receipt and deliveries are usually between 7:30am and 6pm. If you are unable to sign for your order the delivery driver will leave a card notifying you of the next delivery attempt or where you can collect your goods (This may vary between couriers). Please notify us immediately of you are not able to sign for your order.
All orders are dispatched on an CIP basis which means that the buyer pays for transport, customs clearance and duty if relevant.
Please beware any items over 75mm and above will need to be custom slit and may take up to 5 working day to do so. Please contact for further details.
